Epic Cams is sometimes overlooked in the world of live web cams. It offers cams in all your favorite niches and let's you browse them all for free. The models are definately amateur and there are always plenty of live cams. In general, Epic Cams looks just like all the other live web cam sites out there. There are, however, some differences.
The main concern with most websites dedicated to live cams is the price. At Epic Cams, you get complete access to all the cam feeds for only $1. That $1 buys you a lifetime membership to all the free cam chatting you can handle. However, that $1 will not get you the explicit, private chats. In order to chat 1 on 1 in a private room, you will need to buy credits. Epic Cams does not have a set cost per minute, but rather allow the performers to set their own prices. This is because all the performers work independently from Epic Cams. This means that they charge you how much (or little) they want, and they can discuss and show whatever they want.
The overall layout is good and easy to navigate. You can quickly use the drop-down menu on the side to select and view performers of specific niches. You can also search Epic Cams via a search box just above the niche menu. This allows you to search for a specific performers name or find descriptions that match your searches. Whatever you are looking for, you should have no problems find it.
When it comes to video quality and experience, I was totally satisfied. Because all the performers work independent of Epic Cams, the quality of each feed may differ. Some performers have high-speed broadbang connections, while others are kind of slow. Some have great cams, others seem low resolution. I assume that the problems are mainly associated with the performers connection speed. My only complaint was that the profiles don't say if the performer has a broadband feed. You just have to wait until the feed starts to figure out how good it is.
Overall, I was satisfied with my experience with Epic Cams. I liked that some peformers were cheaper than the normal rates at other sites, but it did kind of suck to find the ones that were higher. In general the prices were good. On average the quality of the feeds were good. There were some poor feeds, but there were also some really nice, fast, high quality ones. It is just a matter of finding them.
Feel free to browse Epic Cam's main page and check out a few cams. You are only able to use it for a few minutes before it locks your IP adress out and requires that you join. Luckily for you, the join fee is only $1 and it is lifetime access. Once you join, you can chat and watch for free forever. Some models may not be available due to doing private shows, but you have plenty to choose from.
